Excellent and very relaxed stay. A very good way to see the Victoria Falls while experiencing a different ambience out of town. The hourly bus service run by the hotel made this very easy. The staff were amazingly helpful.

You don't have to experience the hustle and bustle and must-do and must-visit of the Falls. Instead escape for a few days for a relaxed, private indulgence, enjoy a treat or two at the Spa, soak up the last of the summer sun at the club pool, enjoy a quiet cocktail or two and end the day with a gourmet menu at Mkuwakuwa - just what the soul needed.

We had a wonderful time and we were so glad we opted to stay at the Club rather than the bigger lodge. The service was excellent, food was great, and the staff was so warm and welcoming. Ashley and Panache were our favorites, so incredibly helpful and always smiling! We spent a lot of time relaxing at the lounge and we really enjoyed chatting with them and learning about the local culture, animals, etc. They went above and beyond to make sure all of our activities were sorted. Really appreciated the extra details like complimentary laundry service, sunscreen and bug spray provided. Spa was great too.

What a wonderful end of our 2-week visit to the African continent! The facility was beautiful & calm; the staff helpful, friendly & so responsive to our needs. The food was delicious & varied, while the drinks were tasty. Our massages at the spa, both whole body & foot, were some of the best we’d ever had & the prices very reasonable. I cannot recommend staying here enough!

My stay at the Victoria Falls Safari Club was fantastic. The serene setting of the hotel and the presence of wild animals such as the warthog, bush duiker, and various large birds give it an amazing safari experience. The hotel boasts an amazing team of friendly staff at your service 24/7. From my experience visiting Victoria Falls, Victoria Falls Safari Club is the place to stay.

We did a lot of research on where to stay and it really paid off. If you prefer staying somewhat out of the hustle and bustle of Vic Falls and have a Bush Lodge Experience in mind, Victoria Falls Safari Club ticks all the boxes. Looking for a more upmarket option, lower occupation and more personalized service the “Club” is the better alternative to the “Lodge” having fewer rooms and dedicated butlers tending to guests’ every needs. The setting is superb with an open air lounge, viewing deck, restaurant all under one roof. Rooms have all the necessary amenities and we just loved the Nespresso machines. We were pleasantly surprised by a greeting card and bottle of Bubbly celebrating our wedding anniversary. With a regular complimentary shuttle service into town and the falls getting to where you need to be is easy and convenient. Our butler arranged for a taxi because of our movements out of these scheduled times which suited us better. He also arranged all other activities. The food is great and we enjoyed good breakfasts, afternoon tea and snacks, pre-dinner drinks and canapés and dinner. The staff serenading every night during dinner was a special touch. The fact that the Club is situated in a “no-fly zone” ensures you enjoy the sounds of the bush without the constant noise of helicopters flying over the falls. The staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is wonderful. Our butlers Wonder and Panache as well as Tracy from housekeeping made a special impression. We paid a visit to the Spa and found the service good value for money with friendly and efficient therapists. Most definitely a place to strongly recommend.

This place must be experienced, it's exceptional! All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The spa is heaven, the food is amazing and not to mention the rooms and location. Best place I've ever been.
